Shelley-Anne Glasgow is a non-profit development professional with 30 years of experience in organizational management, fundraising, grant management, and strategic planning. She is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of securing significant funding, developing successful programs, and driving organizational growth.
Shelley-Anne currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Camillus House, where she oversees strategic initiatives to optimize operational performance and maximize revenue. Prior to this role, she was the Vice President of Development at United Way Miami, where she successfully managed and expanded the grants and major gifts programs.
From 2014 to 2023, Shelley-Anne was the Director of Grants at Camillus House, where she led all aspects of grant administration, including grant writing, post-award management, compliance, and program development. During her tenure, she played a key role in securing and maintaining CARF accreditation for the agency’s behavioral health programs.
Before joining Camillus House, Shelley-Anne worked in conservation and social services planning, policy development, and program implementation and evaluation with various non-profits and government agencies in Miami and Jamaica. She also served as the first National Coordinator for the UN Global Environment Facility’s Small Grants Program in Jamaica.
Born in Jamaica and raised in Trinidad, Ms. Glasgow has lived in Miami since 2006. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of the West Indies and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University.
