ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
• Process bills for payment
• Maintain accounts payable
• Process payroll for payment
• Assist in maintenance of general ledger and sub-ledgers and account analysis

FACILITIES MANAGER
Position summary: Experience in multi-site facilities maintenance and a good working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, landscaping, HVAC, South FL Building Codes and general maintenance. Experience in all trades and abilities to complete building and ground maintenance are a plus, but need not be an expert in each area. The position is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of facilities maintenance for the organization.

General purpose: Responsible for overseeing buildings & grounds, supervise staff, compliance with Fed. /State safety regulations. Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot and choose the best most cost effective solution to meet the needs of the organization.

Role qualifications:
• Commitment to the mission of Camillus House in both knowledge and practice.
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelors Degree in business, engineering or related field desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Supervisory experience.
• Language(s): Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• Literacy: Ability to read and write English at a 12th grade level.
• Valid FL driver’s license (DL) and proof of car insurance.
• Computer Skills: E-mail, Word, Excel.
• Culturally sensitive to the social, psychological and health care needs of the homeless person and/or underserved populations.
• Ability to climb and work in close quarters performing analysis and repair work.
• Some heavy lifting and considerable moving of equipment.

Position responsibilities:
• Performs and oversees general maintenance service work to existing sites, including drywall repairs, concrete repairs and general carpentry or services needed to complete service requests.
• Performs and oversees general electrical repairs, including system diagnosis, electrical bulbs and ballast replacement, installation of lighting fixtures and repairs breakers.
• Solicits bid requests for purchase orders of $2,500 or greater (per CH Procurement Policy) and administers contracts.
• Troubleshoots and repairs units/areas, as needed, either independently or as a team member.
• Works with a variety of hand tools, measuring devices, power tools and service trade tools.
• Compiles records and reports of purchase orders, maintains tool logs for each facility/maintenance staff.
• Maintains a clean and professional work area.
• Works with little direct supervision to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Ensures facilities requirements are met (i.e. building licenses, fire inspections, etc.).
• Supervises maintenance staff and clients in work therapy.
• Confers with vendors to ensure work is done properly and in a timely manner.
• Works closely with the Operational Standards and Safety Committee.
• Provides technical guidance to ensure that safety and health procedures are followed as directed by any applicable agency regulations such as OSHA, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
• Assists in budget preparation and administration.
• Ensures that all the Camillus House facilities are in correct code compliance.
• Performs and monitors regular inspections of facilities.
• Coordinates, delegates and or assists with regular maintenance and upkeep of outside areas, including lawns, landscaped beds, playgrounds and parking lots, to keep areas clean, neat, safe and organized.
• Patrols and monitors work areas and examines tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.
• Meets schedules, sequences and assignments for work activities based on work priority.
• Ensures that facilities staff works closely with and maintain good working relations with employees in all areas, as well as with contractors, vendors and clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Experience working with persons who are poor or homeless, and /or who are members of minority or underserved populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as, with multidisciplinary teams and coworkers.

MASTER LEVEL CASE MANAGER
Position summary: Provide case management services for women who are chronically homeless.


General purpose: Provide and address gender specific issues/concerns.


Role qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to read and write English at the 12th grade level.

Position responsibilities:
• Welcomes clients in a hospitable manner, in order to establish a positive connection.
• Conduct screenings for eligibility for the Courtyard program.
• Provides clients with short-term and crisis counseling.
• Identify and coordinate community services and referrals for clients.
• Conduct group sessions with emphasis on women’s issues, such as mental health, substance abuse treatment
• opportunities, resources and information, etc.
• Document client’s progress/lack of progress in client’s files.
• Document all client related collaborations with other agencies in the client case file.
• Assist clients who are eligible for disability through the SOAR data system.
• Responsible for the development of monthly and yearly reports.
• Responsible for the development of a resource referral system addressing women’s services/needs.
• Assist with the women’s shower program as needed.
• Attend weekly clinical case conference meetings.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and supervision and trainings.

MASTER LEVEL CLINICIAN
Reports to: Director of Programs
Summary: To serve people who are homeless and suffer from medical psychiatric and/or substance abuse illnesses.
Responsibilities: Welcomes clients in a hospitable manner, in order to establish a positive connection. Conducts initial and ongoing screenings and assessments for persons seeking services and housing placement. Provides individual, group and family counseling. Participates in daily staffing, street and home visits. Coordinates services, refers and advocates for clients in the community. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Committed to the mission of Camillus House, Inc. Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required. License required: LCSW or LMHC. Valid FL-Driver-License. Ability to read and write English at the 12th grade level. Able to work flexible schedule. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated experience working effectively with the homeless and/or minority and underserved populations preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Culturally sensitive to the social, psychological and health care needs of the homeless person and/or underserved populations. MASTER LEVEL LICENSED CLINICIAN
Position summary: To screen referrals to the Act program and be responsible for the intake process.

General purpose: To work with the homeless and underserved population of Miami.

Role qualifications:
• Commitment to the mission of Camillus House Inc. in both knowledge and practice.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient with word processing, email, and web browsers, able to enter information correctly into databases and spreadsheets
• Education: Master’s Degree in Mental Health/Social Worker or related field.
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or
certification will be considered.
• Licensure: Licensed mental health/Social worker and/or Registered Intern Mental Health/Social Worker required.
• Language: Proficiency in oral and written English. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

Position responsibilities:
• Performs and documents the psychosocial assessments of all clients referred for ISPA.
• Identifies and coordinates community services and referrals for clients.
• Identifies and screens clients for the residential program.
• Conducts orientation for new clients.
• Monitors aftercare clients at Beckham Hall and refers for housing placement.
• Provides group and individual therapy with documentation.
• Provides monthly statistics and reports.
• Supervises social work and mental health interns.
• Constructs, implements, and monitors client’s treatment plans.
• Attends treatment team meetings with other staff members involved with the treatment of the client to assist with the ongoing development of clients’ treatment plan.
• Attend bi-weekly supervision as scheduled
• Attends all scheduled and called staff meetings.
• Conducts disaster planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

RESIDENTIAL AIDE
Job Title: Residential Aide

Position summary: The primary responsibility is to provide hospitality and ensure safety for all clients/guests within the facility.



General purpose: To ensure that all Program rules/regulations are being adhered to.



Role qualifications:

Committed to the mission of Camillus House in both knowledge and practice.
· Education: High School Diploma.

· Minimum of two (2) years experience working with the homeless population.

· Demonstrated ability to read and write English at the 12th grade level.

· Valid FL driver’s license.

· Demonstrated experience working effectively with the homeless and/or minority and underserved populations may be considered in lieu of academic degree.



Position responsibilities:

· Welcomes clients in a hospitable manner, in order to establish a positive connection.

· Ensures client’s safety and well-being.

· Provides daily monitoring of all clients including Courtyard and ISPA.

· Conducts scanning and baggage checks.

· Cleans and disinfects the Courtyard/Pavilion area, bathroom mats, and outside area of the facility.

· Assists clients as needed, with necessary daily needs such as usage of bathrooms, showers, and luggage.

· Assists with Day Center activities.

· Assists with food and water distributions for all guests.

· Reports and documents incidents.

· Provides a daily statistics and log reports.

· Communicates with incoming staff regarding events of the day.

· Assists with shower program and clothing exchange program.

· Supervises the ISPA clients who are assigned for work therapy.

· Ensures all rules under the Courtyard are being followed.

· Able to work a rotating schedule/shift that includes other Camillus House facilities.

· Receives and documents donations.

· Attends all scheduled meetings and staff trainings.

· Assists the shelter medical program.

· Other duties as assigned.
